I have this grand idea of doing portraits of all the ‘great men’…or at least men I think are great. They will hang in the man room I will eventually have.
Anyway, if I had kept on studying psychology in university, I would have wanted to study under this man. His most famous works are “The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat” and “Awakenings” which they made into a movie with Robin Williams and Robert DeNiro. The book I really like is Musicophilia. It’s all about how people with different types of brain damage hear music differently, musical hallucinations, ear-worms, etc.
Hmmm, I wonder what Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi looks like? He’s got to be put on the important men list. (Just did a quick Google search. Can’t wait to draw him!)
